Today's topic is listing the house for sale. We will cover two parts in this lesson. First, we start with the Listing Contract. Secondly, we show how to market the house. The Listing Agreement has 3 parts that we will walk you through. The sections include: initial research, writing the contract, and signing the contract. Your listing contract must be in writing -- not just a verbal agreement or a handshake. That is why it's so important to learn the procedures of the listing contract.
Next we will discuss Marketing the Listing. This will be your 30-Point Marketing Plan and implement your marketing campaign. We start with the Photo Showcase, the MLS Listing, and the Financing Package. After that we will quickly address a few of the basics. These include holding open houses, and touching on technology such as social media. Just as important, and not to be forgotten, is tracking the leads.
